Goal: Demonstrate proficiency for advancement to Phase 2
Focus: Structured employment training within day program
Hours: 30 hours weekly plus 2 hours competitive work
Experience: Retail, Guest Services, Communications, Business, Food Services
Goal: Prepare for employment placement
Focus: Competitive employment placement
Support: Ongoing job coaching and retention assistance
Experience: Continued structured day program integration
Goal: Achieve long-term sustainable employment
