What’s Included in the Independent Living Program?
Life Coaching Services (Included in Program Fee)
- Annual skill assessments to set goals and milestones.
- Personalized plans to build independence, employment, and quality of life.
- Support with applying for and maintaining government benefits.
- Weekly **45-minute coaching sessions** to track progress.
- 24/7 emergency phone line for immediate support during unexpected challenges.
Optional Direct Care Services
Residents who need additional, hands-on support can access the following services as needed:
- 1:1 skill-building sessions.
- Financial monitoring and budgeting assistance.
- Medication management and scheduling support.
- Employment guidance, job searches, and workplace success.
- Transportation and appointment support.
- In-person emergency support.
